FROM OUR CLIENTS...

"Barry worked with our Executive Team and our Assistant Principals and Deans for 14 months and the outcomes in our organization were incredibly impactful. Not only did he help us strategize to integrate our Multi-Tiered System of Supports, his leadership principles actually helped move the culture. Barry’s coaching helped build our internal capacity and we are now thriving. A year after our partnership has ended, we can still see the impact on our school system, and hear our administrative teams using the language and the principles he taught us."

Many leaders want to drive greater organizational outcomes, but struggle getting teams aligned and rallying
around a clear vision and strategy and leading in a way that inspires, unites, and moves the organization forward. This often makes them feel limited and inefficient.
So often they struggle with:
-
Competing priorities
-
Constant changes beyond their control
-
Fixing the part but never the whole
-
Believing in their own strength and ability to lead
-
Getting their board and team to buy into the overall vision of the organization
-
Aligning their entire team with the goals of the organization
In the Executive Team Sessions, you and your team will learn the Problem Identification Framework and the 6 Cs for Leading Transformational Change that will transform how you lead, solve complex issues, and drive greater impact and change. You and your team will become the powerful, impactful leaders of a dynamic, cohesive, and motivated organization.

PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION FRAMEWORK
Through a series of system-driven questions, in-depth dialogue, and comprehensive data analysis, Barry E. Knight will guide your executive team to uncover the root causes of your organizational challenges.
Get clear on what you are trying to solve and achieve.
Explore the problem, how it came to be, and why it remains a problem.
Determine the contributions of each stakeholder and the relationship and impact of their contribution.
Work through scenarios to uncover the best change efforts to pursue and the cost if things stay the same.

Once change efforts are identified, we'll focus on developing a transformational and sustainable solution.
The 6 C's of Transformational Change:

Clarity
Communicate a clear vision. The leader must inspire, engage, and empower others with that vision. You learn to communicate both what that vision looks like in the future and what needs to be done now and every day to achieve it.

Confidence
Learn to overcome the limiting beliefs and behaviors that keep you and your organization trapped in the status quo. Break through the doubts, the fear, and the obstacles that you experience as you move toward making transformational change.

Character
Create a team that has a transformational culture and identity. Drastically improve how you work, how you work together, and the manner in which you get things done.

Commitment
Learn practical methods for leading and communicating with influence and becoming the leader that people love to follow and achieve great things with.

Coordination
Get organizational cohesion by creating systems and processes, and aligning and optimizing your team to best utilize each member’s talents, and by measuring success, and by going big.

Coaching
Teach your team to be leaders. Empower those with the strongest, most focused vision. And leave an institutional legacy so that your organization continues to thrive long after you leave.
