Coached and trained a management team in Family and Children Services on servant leadership, building a healthy team culture, and creating an internal communication system to improve servicing of foster family approval

Trained the VP of a Fortune 500 and his executive team on building a servant leadership culture

Consulted with a County Superintendent of Education and 5 school principals and created a coaching program that reduced chronic absenteeism for more than 150 students by an average of 4%

Consulted with a county's Children's Services Division​ and provided training for social workers to help reduce racial disparity and disproportionality and created a coaching program that helped 95% of the families we served to successfully reunify with their children.

One on one coaching with a pastor to help him get clear on his vision and develop an international strategic plan to develop a network of churches in Zambia, South Africa, Asia, Brazil, and multiple locations in America.

Developed trainings for Human Service Agencies: 1) Coaching the Human Spirit, 2) Fatherhood Engagement, 3) Mastering Servant Leadership, and 4) Reducing Racial Inequity and Disproportionality
