Since my earliest youth, leadership has been my passion and my superpower.

I have both a bachelor’s and master’s in leadership, and I am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.

How is the class structured?

There are a total of 6 classes. We understand you’re busy. So we give you 10 days to complete each class. Each class usually has 3 lessons. There are videos and readings, the videos are usually less than 12 minutes long.
Is there homework?

You bet. There is a PDF workbook to download and every lesson has a “Take Massive Action” application assignment that should take 30 minutes of your undivided attention. Each lesson and application assignment should take about 90 minutes total and you have 10 days to complete it.
Is there collaborative learning?

Yes. As you progress through your lessons, you will connect with your cohort group in an online forum and share ideas and insights, giving each other accountability, support, and encouragement. You will also meet with your cohort on Zoom three times during the 8-week period for a Coaching Intensive.
Do I get direct coaching from Barry E. Knight?

Absolutely. Post your questions in the online forum and Barry will directly answer your questions via video. There will also be certified coaches during the live, group Coaching Intensives. Coaching is the heart of The Leadership Class. At these Coaching Intensives, we discuss what you’ve learned, what you don’t understand, how your homework is going, and how to apply your lessons in real life. Those who attend these sessions tend to be the people who stay on track and become truly transformational leaders.
What happens if I need more than 10 days to complete a class?

We highly recommend keeping up with the timeframes, however you have full access to the lessons.
Will the Coaching Intensives be recorded?

For safety, confidentiality, and protection of all students, we will not release any video of the Coaching Intensive. Please do whatever you can to be in attendance.
